The company initiated its activities in
1973 by our chairman Mr. V.K. Kapoor, an engineer from one of the
prime institute - Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT k)-
India, by operating Harvester Combines on custom hiring basis and we
were among the first to introduce Harvester Combines in India. In
1981 the company started manufacturing components of Harvester
Combines with Blades as our first product. Our R & D Department
continuously issued guidelines to our manufacturing units for the
improvement of quality of components depending upon the market
survey and feedback reports of customers and we are able to produce
our components of International quality. The company opted to go in
for the manufacturing of more components for Harvester Combines and
achieved a major breakthrough in 1983. During this period M/s ESPI
Industrial Corporation started manufacturing Harvester Combines in
India in collaboration with Veb Combinat Fortschritt of East Germany
and we became their major supplier for Blades, knife guard, grain
tank, worm shafts, feeder housing, adjustable sieves, wheat and
paddy threshing drum etc. In 1989 the company got export assignments
and bagged bulk orders for knife guard & blades for Russia &
Germany, which continued for almost a decade.
In 1999 the
Company diversified its activities by Launching Portable Induction
Heaters. It started with Smaller Capacity Models from 3 KW to 20 KW.
Viewing to the Market demand and Customer feed back they Launched
Higher Capacity Machines in various Categories such as Low, Medium
and High Frequency Models. Later they have introduced Portable
Induction Heaters for Forging which are quiet useful for billet
heating and also Induction Melting Furnaces from 10 KW to 110 KW. In
2005 the Company Launched an additional Product Rotary Tillers in
Various Models which are well accepted in the Market. This is quiet
useful for the Nations where Agriculture is main Economy.

team of full-fledged professionally qualified and trained personnel.
They are competent to manufacture quality products and give timely
delivery of the goods to customers.
Infrastructure
The company has six manufacturing units
situated around New Delhi. All the manufacturing units are equipped
with modern machines, equipment and testing facilities confirming to
International Standards. Our manufacturing units comprise of
forging, foundry, machine shop, surface treatment, heat treatment,
electroplating, powder coating plant, assembly shop & sheet
metal fabrication shop. Our policy is to ensure that all the
operations are carried out in-house under our own supervision.

recognized by renowned manufacturers such as M/s New Holland
Tractor, M/s Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, M/s Carraro Ltd- Itly, M/s
Maruti (Suzuki) Udyog Ltd and they enlisted us as their authorized
vendor. We continue to supply large quantities of various parts to
these companies. Our business with them is increasing day by day.
